On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, we hosted the “Barrier-Free eSports School 2026 Spring” at Café&Bar RAGE ST.

This event was held as part of “ePARA × Saudi Vision 2030,” a project aimed at promoting mutual understanding between Japan and Saudi Arabia through barrier-free eSports. We were honored to welcome participants from the Japan Cooperation Center for the Middle East (JCCME), the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Sports Promotion Headquarters, and Asahi Shimbun Middle East Holdings.

Totally blind players NAOYA (Blind Fortia) and Echizen (Blind Fortia) served as instructors. They delivered an enthusiastic, hands-on program designed to help participants understand the appeal and value of eSports—a medium where people can interact in a barrier-free environment, regardless of their prior gaming experience. At the venue, wheelchair entertainer Ryuga Kamui (Healthcare Fortia) took on the role of supporter, helping to energize the atmosphere and assisting participants with game controls.
